Any query or clarification with regard to this bid shall be sent through an email to supplyaddisababa@unicef.org before or on. 9th of July 2024. Bid clarification will be posted on the same websites mentioned above to all bidders. While sending your request for clarification, please ensure that you specify the LITB number in the subject email, provide the name of the company, contact person, email, and mobile number.

The due date for submission of proposals/Bid to UNICEF Ethiopia Office, Addis Ababa is on or before 02:00 p.m. (East African Time) 11th of July.2024 at 2PM (Thursday) Please read the LITB and the annexes for detailed requirements, Eligibility Criteria, and due dates.

Please quote – LITB-2024-9190407 for the procurement BUCKET 20L, LITB-2024–9190433 for the procurement of WATER TANK 10,000L, and LITB-2024-9190441 TFP OPNING KIT, in all your correspondences. UNICEF reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received in response to the ITB, to request either wholly or in part new proposals, or to negotiate with any proposer considered qualified in any manner deemed to be in the best interest of the Organization.
